Our basic Hotspot system supports up to twenty simultaneous users. If you plan to add more Access Points and increase the number of users at your site you can upgrade to the 1stHotspot High Capacity Gateway Router. As with all our hardware these units are fully compatible with your existing installation and make use of any equipment previously purchased.

You can extend the total WI-FI coverage at your site using Wireless Signal Repeaters. These weatherproof units can be located outside anywhere there is a convenient power supply. Our Wireless Signal Repeaters are preconfigured for use with your 1stHotspot network and can be supplied with your initial installation or at a later date. With a 1stHotspot Wireless System you gain the flexibility to expand your network as and when required.

Omni Directional Antennas send a Wi-Fi signal in all directions and will usually be the best option for outdoor coverage at Canal Marinas, Mobile Home Parks and Caravan Sites. The higher the gain or dB of the antenna the greater the range of your wireless signal. You may lose some coverage near to the wireless transmitter if you mount too high gain an antenna on a tall building or mast.
